4,500-SF Physicians Office Located on Route 9 in Wellesley
WALTHAM, MA – December 18, 2024 – Vantage Builders, Inc., a commercial contractor specializing in pre-construction, construction management and design-build services, has announced that it completed the fit-out of a new 4,500-square-foot primary care center for Mass General Brigham, located at 981 Worcester Street in Wellesley, MA. 
The new physicians office features ten examination rooms, five doctor/medical assistant stations, a phlebotomy center and a large medical room. Patients are greeted in a well lit, welcoming reception area and comfortable waiting room, with plentiful patient seating. There are new private offices and a breakroom/kitchen area for doctors and staff, as well as a call center.
The Vantage team completed the first-floor buildout while the building remained open to its other medical office tenants, one located adjacent to the space and one on the second floor. The Vantage team coordinated closely with Mass General Brigham, the other tenants, and building ownership, Stonewood Companies, to ensure no disruption during construction.

The project team included Phase Zero Design architects and Long Consulting Engineers.
